I’m on my computer working on a bid on Google Sheets so I can submit the same day.  I am finished and almost ready, I just needed to adjust the page so I can print it out correctly.

Well, I’ve looked everywhere for this Page setup and could not find anything. OK, maybe it is some kind of “auto adjust”. (An algorithm to simply detect the edges of locations to have the page set up ready for print, but should have manual settings obviously. JK, heard it here first or not.) So, go to convert to PDF. Save it as PDF, open file location and open the current PDF you just saved to see how it looks. Lol, well I got this:

So it seems, Google Forum Page, might be the most common looked up page (please correct/update if wrong) to see how I can do my Page setup in Google Sheets.

I got tired of looking around, so I decided to mess with it a bit…damn thing is really simple…Duhhh! Just looking at each option in the Print menu!!

1.Create your spreadsheet, obviously.
2. Once you are done with your work/project. Select the exact information you want to print or turn to pdf. (highlight/select the information on your sheet you want to be visible on your page to print.)

3.Go to >>File>>Print
Under Print settings:
>>Options (select: Selection) (Make sure to also select, No gridlines, it will come out just like above if you do not select it.)
>>Paper Size (to your liking)
>>Layout (here you want to select “Fit to width“)
>> Portrait or Landscape (which ever is the format you want).

Print Settings in Google Sheets default is wrong.

Hit print, select what printer or save to drive as pdf, and wallah!!!

Share, repost somewhere, send as a gift for mothers or fathers day or with the people that have hard time using Google Sheets!!
